Job Description

  • Identify and engage with potential candidates through various sourcing methods
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements during recruitment processes
  • Conduct job interviews and organise feedback sessions with candidates
  • Prepare and present reports on recruitment activities to senior management

The Successful Applicant

A successful TA Partner should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree (in Human Resources, Business, or related field)
  • Three years prior experience in full-cycle recruitment
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and procedures
  • Ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • High level of commitment to candidate experience and customer service
