Job Description

  • Develop and implement sustainable strategies across the property department.
  • Provide advice and guidance on sustainability matters to internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sustainability initiatives.
  • Engage with external organisations to promote sustainability.
  • Facilitate training sessions on sustainability practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and industry trends.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sustainability Officer should have:

  • A degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field.
  • Experience in implementing sustainability initiatives within a property department.
  • Strong knowledge of sustainability principles and legislation.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Passion for sustainability and environmental responsibility.
