Job Description

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and maintain effective supply and demand plans for assigned categories
  • Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure product availability
  • Analyse supply chain metrics and implement improvements
  • Lead cross-functional projects to improve supply chain efficiency
  • Manage inventory levels to meet customer demand and minimise waste
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align demand forecasts
  • Resolve supply chain issues promptly and effectively
  • Maintain accurate data in the company's planning systems

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate would have:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Proficiency in supply chain planning software
  • Knowledge of inventory management practices and procedures
