Job Description

Reporting into the Plant Operations Manager the Supply Chain & Warehouse Manager has a broad remit leading a transformation across systems and behaviours within a busy and fast paced manufacturing operation. You will oversee a team of 12 driving a culture of process development and continuous improvement.

Day to day responsibility will include:

  • Challenging and improving existing use of SAP
  • Developing collaboration and aligning working practices across all functions
  • Driving a high performance culture across a team of 12 (via 2 direct reports)

The Successful Applicant

A successful Supply Chain & Warehouse Manager should have:

  • A strong understanding of end to end supply chain (inc warehouse)
  • Proven in developing utilisation and return from ERP systems (ideally SAP)
  • An analytical, data orientated approach
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills
