Job Description

The Supply chain Manager will be responsible for;

  • Oversee and manage the entire supply chain process from procurement to delivery.
  • Develop and implement effective strategic plans to improve supply chain operations.
  • Collaborate with key internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Analyse and evaluate supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
  • Monitor and manage supplier performance to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with industry and company standards in all supply chain processes.
  • Lead and motivate a team to achieve set objectives and targets.
  • Handle any supply chain issues or disruptions swiftly and effectively.
  • Support business growth to develop Global supply chain functions

The Successful Applicant

A successful Supply Chain Manager should have:

  • A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience in supply chain management in the retail industry.
  • Able or willing to overhaul and set up an new Supply chain Team within an SME
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret supply chain data.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with supply chain software and tools.
  • Ability to work in the Office 5 days per week in Malmesbury
