Job Description

  • Manage the Supply Chain function from end to end: Supplier Management, Procurement, Forecasting & Planning, and Logistics.
  • Responsible for supplier relationship management, this role will have regular touch bases with suppliers to tackle issues, price changes and improvement programs, including activities surrounding supplier onboarding.
  • Prepare and present inventory and stock cover projections, participate in budget cycles and scenario planning.
  • Lead monthly Objectives Meetings to track KPIs and supply chain targets, highlighting key takeaways and escalating issues.
  • Provide strategic oversight and direction for the supply & demand planning process, ensuring alignment with business goals and supply capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance) to validate assumptions and major forecast drivers.
  • Review and challenge high-level demand forecasts, highlighting risks and opportunities for key product categories and customers.
  • Support the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process by contributing to consensus planning and escalation of supply/demand imbalances.

The Successful Applicant

  • +5 years' experience in supply chain management in the FMCG industry, with responsibility for supplier management, cost analysis, and strategic planning.
  • Degree educated in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Certification (e.g., APICS CPIM/CSCP, CIPS, Six Sigma) is an advantage.
