Understanding audiences from existing data sets and commissioning new quantitative and qualitative audience research as required, by working with our internal research team and external agencies.

Developing relevant key messages, distilling complex information into clear and simple narratives underpinned by evidence-based messaging frameworks as appropriate to the scale of the project.

Supporting project teams in developing top line customer journey plans to identify the communications touch points to inform/underpin detailed communications plans.

Providing advice on the right approaches in terms of the right mix of channels to reach the target audience and support the delivery of appropriate content and activity.

Ensuring the evaluation of Marketing Communications work is baked into the project from the start with clear evaluation methodologies integrated into the planning.

Working with internal teams and agencies to traffic deliverables across directorates through internal work processes e.g social media assets, paid for digital plans.
