Job Description

  • Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Implement effective inventory management strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate with other departments for seamless order fulfilment.
  • Assist with quality assurance processes.
  • Train and mentor junior staff, fostering a positive team environment.
  • Regularly review and improve warehouse procedures.
  • Prepare and present reports on warehouse performance.
  • Address any warehouse-related issues promptly and effectively.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Stock and Warehouse Coordinator should have:

  • A solid foundation in warehouse operations within the industrial / manufacturing sector.
  • Excellent leadership skills with a knack for team coordination.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and tools.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions.
  • An FLT License.
