Job Description

  • Leading the development and implementation of technology solutions in line with company objectives.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technology initiatives.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of technology projects.
  • Managing project budgets and resources to ensure efficient use.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with technology projects.
  • Overseeing the maintenance and troubleshooting of technology systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Providing regular updates to senior management on the status of technology projects.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Solutions Manager should have:

  • A good understanding of Manufacturing systems including Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
  • A really good technical understanding of a variety of solutions
  • Proven experience of dealing with third parties and software vendors.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and overcome challenges.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
  • Knowledge of SAP (Manufacturing modules) is beneficial
