Job Description

  • Design and implement comprehensive logistics solutions for warehousing and transport operations.
  • Provide support for a team of logistics professionals in the execution of innovative solutions.
  • Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of all logistical processes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Oversee the budget management of the logistics department.
  • Conduct regular performance and efficiency audits.
  • Participate in strategic planning and forecasting activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Solutions Design Manager should have:

  • A degree in Business, Logistics or a related field.
  • Experience in a Solutions design positions within the Transport & Distribution industry.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing logistics strategies.
  • Fluent in warehouse design/modelling tools (AutoCad, Sketchup, CLASS)
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
