This is a London based role.Job DescriptionSolution Adoption Director - Capital Markets responsibilities:Driving the adoption of solutions across the Capital Markets communityCollaborating with other departments to ensure alignment of adoption strategiesBuilding strong relationships with key stakeholdersIdentifying new business opportunities within the Banking sectorDeveloping strategic plans to increase solution adoptionEngaged with clients to drive increased adoption of solutions.Leading a team to ensure the successful execution of adoption strategiesReporting on the progress of adoption initiatives to senior managementKeeping up to date with trends and developments within the Capital Markets industry particularly within Derivatives.Work with leadership and digital transformation team to track KPIs that demonstrate adoption and redefine KPIs as relevant.Understand the economics of digital solutions, the required future stakeholder investments versus benefits, and inform the value proposition accordinglyEstablish and track key product success metrics, driving continuous improvement based on data-driven insights, and report regularly to management.Build strong relationships across the company globally and utilize the broad reach to expand the visibility of digital solutionsThe Successful ApplicantA successful Solution Adoption Director - Capital Markets should have:A background in Capital Markets within the financial service sectorIdeally knowledge of capital markets products ideal derivatives.Thorough knowledge of business development, solutions-based selling and data-driven implementationProven experience in managing digital products, ideally in a product-led organization.Proven experience in driving solution adoptionExcellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to address issues with tact and diplomacy in order to reach consensus across a wide range of market participants.
