Job Description

  • Lead the development and execution of creative social media strategies.
  • Manage the day-to-day running of all social media channels.
  • Growth of the social media team
  • Create engaging multimedia content and manage content calendars.
  • Monitor, track, and report on performance and engagement metrics.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure campaign alignment.
  • Oversee the social media budget.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
  • Line management of 2 direct reports

The Successful Applicant

Key Skills:

· A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

· Ability to set the strategy and drive campaigns

· Experience managing and growing social media platforms

· Strong understanding of social media metrics and reporting

· Proficiency in creating engaging content across various social media platforms

· Excellent leadership skills and experienced in managing a team
