Job Description

  • Lead the Procurement & Supply Chain team, promoting efficient and cost-effective strategies
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers
  • Implement risk management processes for supply contracts and agreements
  • Develop procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective
  • Monitor and analyse industry trends and market conditions
  • Ensure procurement activities align with overall business objectives
  • Manage supplier performance to ensure quality and timely delivery
  • Drive sustainability and ethical sourcing practices within the department

The Successful Applicant

A successful Snr Procurement Manager should have:

  • A degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in managing a team
  • Strong knowledge of procurement and supply chain management principles
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in relevant procurement software
