Job Description

  • Managing the maintenance team and coordinating their daily tasks.
  • Developing and implementing maintenance procedures and ensuring they are adhered to.
  • Ensuring all machinery and equipment are in top working condition.
  • Conducting regular site inspections to identify any potential issues.
  • Planning and overseeing major repair and renovation projects.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborating with the engineering and manufacturing department to optimize operations.
  • Preparing reports on maintenance activities and efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Site Maintenance Manager should have:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing maintenance tasks within an industrial or heavy engineering setting.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
