My client is looking for a forward thinking and dedicated Service Team Leader the busy Service Administration Team. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service in the industrial/manufacturing industry.

Job Description

  • Review daily job and route reviews.
  • Ensure SLA'S are adhered to.
  • Deliver structured approach to 121's, training and development programs.
  • Lead weekly meetings to ensure all work are progressing efficiently and within budget.
  • Scheduling any outstanding works.
  • Manage and communicate full reporting pack of the Service Department.
  • Working closely with Commercial & Account Managers.
  • Ensuring any quoted work is delivered within budget.

A successful Service Team Leader should have:

  • Strong geographical awareness
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Experience in a technical environment.
