Job Description

  • Delivery of service charge accounting and financial services
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial legislation and regulatory requirements
  • Working closely with the team to develop and implement effective financial strategies
  • Contributing to the development of the organisation's financial policy
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders and clients
  • Providing effective and efficient financial advice to colleagues
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and reports
  • Supporting financial audits and inspections

The Successful Applicant

A successful Service Charge Business Partner should have:

  • A strong background in the Not For Profit sector, specifically within the Accounting & Finance department
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
  • High level of numeracy skills
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office
  • Understanding of financial regulations and legislation
  • Experience in reconciliations, posting journals, rent and service charge
