Job Description

  • Oversee and manage the service charge accounting process.
  • Prepare financial statements and annual budget reports.
  • Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Work collaboratively with the accounting team to achieve departmental goals.
  • Provide financial advice and support to the team as needed.
  • Perform financial audits and present findings.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards.
  • Contribute to the development of financial policies and procedures.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Service Charge Accountant should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and service charge regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent numerical skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
