Job Description

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive impactful change, working closely on data requirements, analysis, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Lead and support ad-hoc data and reporting needs for the business's funding facilities, ensuring accuracy and insightfulness.
  • Partner with a dynamic team to navigate funding complexities in a high-growth environment, contributing to robust financial strategies.
  • Oversee and enhance systems supporting operational activities, ensuring they align with business needs and operational excellence.
  • Engage in high-impact projects to shape the treasury function, enhancing both operational efficiency and strategic direction.
  • Contribute to the Group's transformation agenda by defining clear, comprehensive requirements to drive system design and data migration.
  • Lead transformative initiatives within Group Treasury, from developing new tools to optimising data flows and systems for greater efficiency.
  • Act as an advocate for operational excellence, identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance overall productivity.
  • Drive data-centric enhancements that optimise the treasury landscape, leveraging insights to shape decision-making and streamline operations.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring Zenith's treasury capabilities evolve in alignment with industry best practices and technological advancements.

The Successful Applicant

  • Demonstrated experience in leading significant transformational change initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of Treasury practices and financial instruments; familiarity with securitisation and asset-backed securities is a plus.
  • Proficiency in big data and analytics, with advanced skills in Excel and SQL for financial modelling, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Highly developed analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen focus on accuracy and control.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to foster effective collaboration.
  • Adaptability to new IT systems and a strong eagerness to learn.
  • Proactive approach with the ability to take ownership of tasks and succeed in dynamic, evolving environments.
