About Our Client

Our client are a leading Real Estate house builder who have invested more than £3bn.

Due to organic growth, my client is seeking a senior Tax Manager to help all aspects of tax reporting & compliance whilst delivering tax returns (VAT, CIS and corporation tax) and driving efficiencies across the function.

Job Description

  • Analysis and coordination of data for tax purposes (VAT, CIS and corporation tax)
  • Review and prepare quarterly UK VAT returns
  • Quarterly CT61 submissions
  • Review SDLT calculations and returns
  • CIS Returns
  • PSA returns
  • TAX process improvements

The Successful Applicant

  • Holds a relevent Tax or accounting qualification
  • Understanding of CIS returns
  • Strong VAT background is highly important
  • Experience in the Real Estate sector is highly preferred
