Job Description

  • Champion the growth of organic search performance across all product lines.
  • Define and take ownership of the SEO strategy, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution.
  • Work in close partnership with the IT team and internal stakeholders to uphold and advance SEO best practices.
  • Oversee external resources, including SEO agencies and copywriters, to effectively implement both on-page and off-page organic search strategies.
  • Lead the delivery of on-page organic strategies, including publishing on-site content through the CMS, managing content strategy, maintaining the technical SEO backlog, and validating the impact of changes.
  • Support the off-page organic strategy, focusing on backlink profile analysis and digital PR strategy management.
  • Steer major SEO initiatives, such as site migrations and front-end redesigns, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Provide insightful, up-to-date industry knowledge on changes in search algorithms and emerging trends.
  • Assist in reporting and generating insights using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
  • Contribute to the CRO testing roadmap, with a focus on enhancing inquiry conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the internal IT development team to brief changes to websites and quotation applications.
  • Support new business ventures, ensuring that SEO best practices are integrated into every project.

The Successful Applicant



  • Demonstrated success in increasing organic visibility and generating inquiries.
  • Familiarity with the insurance industry is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong skills in data analysis and reporting.
  • Proficient inutilizing the following tools/applications:
    • Google Analytics
    • Google Search Console
    • SEMrush
    • Screaming Frog SEO Spider
    • Lumar (Formerly Deepcrawl)
    • Jira & Tableau
  • Commercially astute and motivated by achieving outstanding results.
  • Creative, ambitious, and driven to make a meaningful impact through data and analytics.
  • Capable of thriving both as an individual contributor and as a collaborative team member, sharing knowledge and working alongside a diverse, talented team.
  • A confident team player, eager to drive change by constructively challenging the status quo.
