This will be based on market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback.Product Development Roadmap: Collaborating with the Transformation team, you'll detail requirements for future payment solutions, covering domestic and international contributions, distributions, and associated processes. You'll define, prioritize, and communicate the payment product roadmap to stakeholders, leading cross-functional teams to deliver timely, high-quality solutions.Commercial Management: You'll strategically lead the selection and onboarding of new partners, managing commercial negotiations, contract setup, and overseeing strategic relationships. You'll also support procurement in ongoing supplier reviews from a product management perspective.Performance & KPIs: You'll monitor and input into commercial agreements, establishing key performance indicators to measure the success of payment products. You'll also handle financial modeling for income forecasting and target setting, using data and user feedback to improve features.Risk & Regulation: You'll ensure that all payment function controls, processes, pricing, and governance are effective, customer-focused, and compliant with legal and regulatory requirements. You'll stay up to date with regulatory changes, collaborate with legal and compliance teams, and ensure the product set adheres to industry standards. Additionally, you'll represent the organization in dealings with relevant regulators and protect its reputational risks in relation to payments.The Successful Applicant * Substantial experience in product management, preferably in the payments sector. * You have a strong knowledge of the UK payments market, products, and regulations, and a passion for delivering customer-centric solutions.
