My client is a Global Leading Business.
Job Description
Process and manage end-to-end payroll for a large workforce, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Review and verify payroll data, including hours worked, salary adjustments, deductions, bonuses, and benefits.
Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, as well as company policies.
Maintain and update payroll records and documentation in line with legal and company requirements.
Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.
Prepare and submit payroll reports, including tax filings, audits, and year-end documentation.
Collaborate with HR, finance, and other departments to ensure payroll data aligns with employee records and benefits information.
Assist with the improvement of payroll systems and processes.
Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
The Successful Applicant
Strong knowledge of payroll software (e.g., ADP, Workday, Paychex) and advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
In-depth understanding of payroll tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Certification in Payroll (e.g., Certified Payroll Professional - CPP) is a plus.
