About Our Client

Our client is reputable and world-renowned University in the heart of London.

This role is based within a large marketing, student recruitment, digital and communications function.

They operate hybrid working and are in the office 2 times per week.

Job Description

  • Line management of 5 direct reports.
  • Large focus on email marketing/marketing campaign strategy, development and implementation.
  • International and national portfolio.
  • Consistently working collaboratively with the head of department, internal and external stakeholders.
  • Focus on unpaid marketing and organic social media.
  • Reporting and analysis of data to support the optimisation of student recruitment activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Marketing Manager should have:

  • Significant experience of developing and delivering marketing and engagement strategies, specifically with email automation systems.
  • Excellent and confident stakeholder management skills.
  • Line management experience.
  • Digital marketing minded - with a demonstrable background across organic and unpaid marketing, data management and analysis.
  • Excellent system usage across: CRM, data management platforms, email marketing platforms.
  • Management of substantial marketing budgets.



Desirable:

  • Knowledge of the national and/or international student recruitment landscape.
  • Higher education background.

What's on Offer

  • Long term fixed term contract or indefinite contract available.
  • Salary between £49,999 - £50,999.
  • Hybrid working in central London 2 days per week.
