Job Description

  • Identify and secure land opportunities to support development objectives.
  • Conduct market research to assess land value and potential for development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, agents, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present land acquisition proposals to senior management.
  • Negotiate purchase agreements in alignment with company goals and budgets.
  • Collaborate with the planning team to ensure suitability and compliance of potential sites.
  • Monitor and manage the acquisition process from identification to completion.
  • Stay informed about property industry trends and regulatory changes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Land Buyer should have:
