Save Job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsSenior HR Manager, ManufacturingCoventry, Hybrid workingAbout Our ClientPageGroup are delighted to be supporting a highly successful manufacturing organisation based in Coventry with the appointment of a Senior HR Manager to join a small, busy function.This role can offer some flexibility for hybrid working - business needs dependent.Job DescriptionReporting to the MD and working closely with Senior Leadership Team, the role of Senior HR Manager will oversee a small HR function and take full responsibility for all HR operational matters, alongside working with the MD on the People Strategy and implementation of new HR initiatives.Duties will include but not limited to:Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organisation's overall business goalsWork with the SLT on HR initiatives and projectsCoach and develop management and leadership team to enable them to deal with people matters more effectivelyTake responsibility for the employee engagement survey and ensure actions are implemented accordinglyContinuous improvement of HR policies, procedures and systemsOversee a small HR teamManage complex employee relations and escalations/ET etcParticipate in organisational growth plans and contribute to team engagementPromote a positive and inclusive cultureThe Successful ApplicantIdeal applicants for this role will have a proven background in a similar HR position, you will be comfortable with a mixed role of both HR operations and strategy.
