We were founder members of The International Accounting Group (TIAG), part of TAG Alliances, and as a result of these connections we are able to support our clients across the globe and to provide them with access to professional advice in many jurisdictions.Job DescriptionThe Senior HR Manager will be based in St Albans and will work across the firm's other sites (London (City), Milton Keynes & Rickmansworth) where appropriate, looking after our Tax teams. The role is then very much coaching and supporting the day-to-day HR operations for the HR Team and their departments, as well as working closely with the Strategic HR Director. This will give the Senior HR Manager the opportunity to look at value add projects to really give employees the best people experience that the firm can offer. The role will also deputise for the HR Director when required.The Successful ApplicantOur people are our most important asset, and the HR team is greatly valued and respected. This is down to us having good strong relationships across the business and so your demonstrable ability to do this is key.
