The company is based in Newport but has sites across the UK and operates across several continents, providing cutting-edge solutions to its clients.Job DescriptionThis is a fantastic opportunity for a fully qualified Accountant to join a world-leading organisation within the industrial and manufacturing sector.Due to retirement An excellent opportunity for a Senior Finance Manager for Costing & Pricing has become vacant.This role will have 8 staff based across 2 sites, Newport and Stevenage.Role;Reporting to the Head of Finance for the Division the Senior Finance Manager plays a pivotal role in the success of the Division.The organisation provide products or services to major clients in the UK.Costing;Work with stakeholders and budget holders across the division to identify the true costs of running the Division so that these costs can be allocated into the overall cost of the products and services.Pricing Audit;Periodically you will meet with external customers to discuss the pricing structures of products and services and justify these as per internal costs to the business.To achieve this, you will manage and lead your team to work with budget holders across the business. Standard month end close and forecasting will also be a part of this role.The Successful ApplicantA successful Senior Finance Manager should have:A professional qualification in ACA, ACCA, CIMAMUST have SAP experience. Please only apply if you have worked with SAP.Excellent Cost Accounting and Cost control experience.Experience of Pricing and Price AuditingHolder of a sole British Passport. Due to Security clearing for this role, only holders of a British passport will be considered. No duel nationalities or foreign passports outside of British can be considered.Excellent management experience. Ideally 10 years +there will be requirement to work at the sister site in Stevenage every fortnight for 1-2 days.
