Job Description
- Provide comprehensive financial support to the organisation.
- Handle and oversee all accounts receivable duties.
- Facilitate accurate invoicing and payment processing.
- Assist in monthly financial reporting and year-end audits.
- Collaborate closely with the Accounting & Finance department.
- Uphold the financial policies and procedures of the organisation.
- Address financial queries and provide timely solutions.
- Contribute to the financial planning and budgeting processes.
The Successful Applicant
- A background in Accounting & Finance, with specific knowledge in Account Receivables.
- Experience of using NG/NEC Housing Management systems is essential
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- An ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong reconciliation and analytical skills and an eye for detail
