Our client has a global following and reach, and is rapidly expanding. They are seeking an ambitious Commercial Finance Manager to support their continued growth.

Job Description

  • Gross Margin Analysis: Analyse gross margin by product, SKU, and channel; recommend improvements.
  • Pricing Strategy: Collaborate on pricing strategies, assessing elasticity and competition.
  • Product Optimisation: Refine product mix based on demand and margin goals.
  • Cost Management: Control costs through vendor negotiation and supply chain efficiencies.
  • Promotions Management: Assess promotional impacts and minimize margin loss.
  • Financial Planning: Develop and monitor gross margin forecasts and budgets.

The Successful Applicant

  • Qualified accountant with relevant role experience
  • Background in retail or ecommerce preferred
  • Proficient in advanced Excel modeling
  • Analytical, with strong business insight
  • Skilled in high-speed environments and process enhancement
  • Effective communicator across all levels
  • Hands-on, proactive, and positive mindset
  • Familiarity with Power BI and SQL is beneficial
