Save Job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsImmediate startBusiness PartneringAbout Our ClientA global operation in FMCGJob DescriptionActing as senior business partner for the Company's Management Team, contributing directly and indirectly to all commercial and non-financial performance related decisions, being the finance representative at weekly, monthly and quarterly Management meetings to challenge and support the business, agree financial plans, initiatives, and policy in order to meet business objectives.Managing and coordinating the provision of structured and insightful analysis of financial and non-financial data in order to influence and enable strategic financial decisions.Managing the delivery of financial targets, across two Central business units, inclusive of cashflow, working capital and P&L deliveries, including forecasting, review, and interrogation of actual costs, ensuring prompt escalation and resolution of variances to ensure budget delivery.Ensuring the control environment is and remains SOx compliant, with overall responsibility for all GLP SOx controls in place, and ongoing tailoring of controls to continue to meet the emerging needs of the business.Responsible for chairing Treasury and Tax Committees, coordinating with Subject Matter Experts, to ensure associated risks are appropriately managed and addressed, including responsibility for mitigating the risks of foreign exchange to company performance via hedging policies in place, and ensuring the ongoing compliance of the business with Group Transfer Pricing policies.Recruiting, developing, and managing a highly capable, motivated and adequately resourced team, developing talent and encouraging a performance management culture that drives value through employee engagement and successfully meets or exceeds all strategic objectives.Supporting an ongoing project to replace the Company's current SAP system.The Successful ApplicantDegree educated with relevant professional qualification (ACA / ACCA / CIMA / CPA / MBA)Significant experience in a global FMCG or similar dynamic operating environment.
