Job Description

  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring best value and quality.
  • Oversee the supply chain process, ensuring efficiency and timely delivery.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and key stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage potential risks within the supply chain.
  • Continuously assess market trends and adjust procurement strategies accordingly.
  • Lead and manage a team within the Procurement & Supply Chain department.
  • Work in alignment with the company's ethical and sustainability policies.
  • Management of a small team

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Buyer should have:

  • A degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience in a senior procurement role within the Industrial / Manufacturing sector.
  • Proven ability in supplier management and negotiation.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid understanding of supply chain processes.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
