Job Description

  • Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise team members.
  • Contribute to strategic decisions in the accounting and finance department.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify business opportunities and support business development initiatives.
  • Oversee risk management practices within audit engagements.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Audit Manager should have:

  • A professional qualification in Accounting (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in leading audit engagements in a professional services environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a team.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and auditing standards.
  • Aptitude for strategic decision-making and risk management.
