Job Description

  • Lead and manage financial and operational audits to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Develop comprehensive audit programs and risk assessments.
  • Manage a team of auditors, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Prepare and present audit findings to senior management.
  • Coordinate with external auditors when necessary.
  • Develop and implement improvements to existing audit processes.
  • Ensure all audit records are accurately maintained and up to date.
  • Participate in strategic business decisions and initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Audit Manager should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • Professional certification (e.g. ACCA, ACA).
  • Proven experience in a senior audit role within the professional services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations.
  • Excellent management and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
