The Senior Asset Information Analyst is a new role that's been created within organisations Asset Strategy Department, part of the Property Services Directorate.The role has been created as our client would like to develop their stock performance tools and streamline processes to enable them to better support the development and sales teams, regeneration team and asset investment team.

Job Description

The Senior Asset Information Analyst is responsible for maintaining the organisation's Stock Performance tools, systems, and all associated internal processes, ensuring that the data accurately reflects the current stock portfolio.

By working with multiple stakeholders, they will complete analysis on multiple data sets to understand the performance of their stock, rank assets using financial and social measures and add value to all types of Asset Management activity.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate would have

  • Advanced Excel skills
  • An understanding of financial property appraisal techniques including NPV
  • Knowledge of how to apply commercial concepts to asset management in a social housing context
  • Extensive experience of working in previous data analysis-based roles, developing excellent analytical skills. (Ideally 2-3 years of experience as a minimum)
  • Able to demonstrate effective stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge and/or experience in the use of MS SQL scripting, Power Bi
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Who is also an excellent communicator, as there are many stakeholders requesting data.
