Job Description

  • Delivering high-quality data analysis and reporting to aid in asset based strategic decision-making.
  • Carrying out complex data modelling and forecasting.
  • Familiarity with NPV
  • Supporting the asset management and investment strategy.
  • Managing the integrity and accuracy of asset data across all systems.
  • Working collaboratively with other teams to ensure the seamless integration of data.
  • Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of asset performance and market trends.
  • Assisting with the preparation of business cases for investment decisions.
  • Providing expert advice and guidance on data-related issues.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Asset Data Analyst should have:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the Not for Profit and Charities sector (not essential).
  • Strong knowledge of data analysis and forecasting techniques.
  • Excellent skills in data management and modelling.
  • Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software.
  • Advanced Excel & Power BI expertise
