Job Description

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Accounting & Finance department
  • Provide expert financial advice to senior management
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of accountants
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Develop and implement robust financial strategies
  • Manage the preparation and publication of all financial statements
  • Conduct regular financial analysis and produce reports
  • Engage with external auditors and manage audit processes

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Senior Accountant' should have:

  • A professional accounting qualification
  • Proven leadership experience within an Accounting & Finance department
  • Expert knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes (In the UK)
  • Experience in financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
