Job Description

  • Managing all HR related activities within the school setting.
  • Implementing and improving HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinating with the finance department for payroll management.
  • Overseeing recruitment, selection, and induction processes.
  • Providing advice and guidance on HR matters to the school leadership team.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant HR legislation and guidelines.
  • Managing staff performance, absence, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Contributing to the development of the school's strategy and objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful School HR Manager should have:
