Job Description

A successful Sales Manager will:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities predominately within the warehousing/ storage sector to selling modular storage cages, partitioning cages for space utilisation, security or safety application. This is a full design, manufacture and install.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Accurately forecast sales and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to expand the client base.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in a sales role within the industrial machine guarding, warehouse portioning/storage, shelving or racking sector.
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • The ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • A results-driven approach with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting.
  • A full UK driving licence.
