Their solutions have touched millions of lives, earning them a reputation for excellence and trust in the health care sector.Job DescriptionKey responsibilities consist of:Develop and maintain strong, profitable relationships with key customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of tasks and projects.Serve as the primary point of contact for designated key accounts, effectively communicating through various channels, including email, phone, and Microsoft Teams.Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained at all times.
