Job Description



  • Coordinate and manage retrofit projects from initial assessment through to completion, ensuring full compliance with PAS 2035, ECO4, GBIS, HUG, and other relevant standards.


  • Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and audits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance across multiple properties.


  • Manage the retrofit survey process, maintaining high standards of accuracy, quality, and regulatory compliance.


  • Oversee the PAS2030 lodgement process via TrustMark, ensuring timely submissions aligned with contract delivery timelines.


  • Collaborate with all stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact to resolve issues and ensure successful project delivery.


  • Support the development of digital survey tools and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience.


  • Maintain detailed project records and ensure all documentation is up to date and audit-ready.


  • Travel extensively across the Midlands and the North, with a company vehicle and fuel card provided.


  • Opportunity to earn additional pay through overtime, on top of the base salary.



The Successful Applicant



  • Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management (PAS 2035 compliant)


  • Minimum of 12 months' experience in a Retrofit Coordinator role


  • Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) qualification


  • Full UK Driving Licence


  • Proficient in data entry and confident using computer systems and software


  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
