Job Description

  • Assisting with a variety of residential property transactions including sales, purchases, and re-mortgages.
  • Communicating effectively with clients and third parties throughout the conveyancing process.
  • Preparing and drafting legal documents in a timely manner.
  • Carrying out research to support case handling.
  • Ensuring all client files are kept up-to-date and compliant.
  • Working effectively as part of a team to meet objectives and deadlines.
  • Supporting other members of the legal team as required.
  • Continually developing knowledge of residential conveyancing law and practice.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Residential Conveyancing Paralegal should have:

  • A degree in Law or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in handling a variety of residential property transactions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
