You will liaise with the relevant teams for the work to be carried out, maintaining high levels of H&S and working alongside experienced contracts management to ensure the work is completed to time and budget.The Successful ApplicantIdeally you will have experience working within a similar role, working on a wide range of properties at any one time. This role will have extensive travel across the region so it would be hugely beneficial if you are already used to travelling within your role.
