Job Description

  • Plan and schedule property repair works in collaboration with field teams and contractors.
  • Monitor and update repair schedules to ensure deadlines are met.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of scheduled and completed repairs.
  • Respond promptly to queries and requests related to property repairs.
  • Analyse repair patterns and suggest process improvements to enhance service efficiency.
  • Ensure all repair activities comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Provide administrative support to the property department as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Repairs Planner should have:
