Job Description

As the Rent Income Officer, you will:

  • Manage rent collection and arrears processes
  • Provide excellent customer service to tenants
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure rent accounts are accurate
  • Handle financial queries and provide payment solutions
  • Assist with administrative tasks within the Secretarial & Business Support department
  • Comply with all relevant financial regulations
  • Communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders
  • Assist in the preparation of rent statements and reports

The Successful Applicant

A successful Rent Income Officer should have:

  • Understanding of financial regulations and rent collection processes
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
  • Proven ability to work well in a team
  • Experience in the Not For Profit sector is highly valued
