About Our Client

My client is a Private Equity-backed high-growth organisation that is looking for an experienced FP&A professional to join their London head office as a Regional FP&A Manager - EU. You'll collaborate with senior leadership to drive financial performance and strategic growth across their European portfolio by leading financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting while fostering team development and enhancing business processes. in this role that offers a healthy blend of both technical and operational scope, you'll prepare budgets, forecasts, and consolidated reports for regional and board presentations, and develop financial models to help with finance projections.

Reporting into the Regional Finance Director and working in tandem with the Regional Financial Controller, you will be a key player in the finance team

Job Description

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for regional and board presentations with high accuracy.
  • Provide financial insights to support business growth and evaluate new opportunities.
  • Ensure accurate management accounts and adherence to group reporting standards.
  • Identify and manage business risks and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Work in a high-growth, fast-paced, dynamic environment with plenty of chances to grow and develop further.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
  • ACA, ACCA, CIMA (or equivalent) qualification.
  • Proven experience as an FP&A Manager or similar role (ideally in a similar remit).
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making and management skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills and a proactive mindset.
