Reporting straight into the UK based General Counsel, you will:act as principal legal lead on greenfield developments (construction of new sites), lease renewals and site expansions across Europe and India (this is a PE backed, rapidly expanding business. The amount of sites which the organisation is operating / developing is due to grow further over the next few years).lead region-specific projects to transform legal operational practice and risk management and support on other day-to-day legal operational matters for both your Region and, when the need arises, on projects for other key/strategic/functional areas within the organisation.The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will be a lawyer, qualified in the UK or another similar Common Law orientated jurisdiction.
