Job Description

The responsibilities for the receptionist role are:

  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and accurately.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and maintain their cleanliness and readiness.
  • Handle mail distribution and courier arrangements efficiently.
  • Support with general administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
  • Maintain office supplies and place orders as required.
  • Ensure the front desk area remains tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Assist other departments with ad-hoc tasks when needed.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Receptionist should have:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • A professional and approachable manner.
  • An ability to work independently and as part of a team.
