Job Description

As a Receptionist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcome and assist all visitors to the facility.
  • Provide administrative support to the team.
  • Ensure all records and appointments are updated and maintained accurately.
  • Assist with queries and concerns, ensuring they are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a clean and organised reception area.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing calls, emails and post.
  • Assist with any other administrative tasks as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Receptionist should have:

  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to multitask and handle inquiries efficiently.
  • The ability to work well in a team environment.

What's on Offer

  • An hourly wage between £12.50 - £14 per hour
  • 5-6 month temporary assignment with the chance of extension
