Real Estate Solicitor

The Real Estate Solicitor will pick up a range of work and responsibilities including;

• Corporate support on mergers and acquisitions, particularly in the social care or independent health sector
• Property due diligence on secured lending transactions in the social care or independent health sector
• Negotiation of leases and associated landlord and tenant matters - acting for landlord and tenants
• Title investigation and reporting
• Deed of Easements, Licences, Tenancy at Will
• Providing property support to the wider commercial team on innovative contracting including joint ventures, alliance agreements and partnering arrangements
• Supporting business development strategies of the team and wider business group and presenting as the face of the firm to clients and intermediaries
• Working with the wider Leeds team to proactively promote and raise the profile of the team in Leeds, including attending networking events
• Developing your own relationships with clients / intermediaries.
