Job Description

  • Manage and oversee a portfolio of real estate transactions from inception to completion.
  • Provide expert advice on property law matters to clients in the professional services sector.
  • Draft and review commercial contracts, leases, and agreements with precision and clarity.
  • Conduct due diligence on property acquisitions and disposals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure comprehensive client service delivery.
  • Stay updated on changes in property law and advise clients accordingly.
  • Assist in mentoring junior team members and sharing knowledge within the department.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to support business growth.

The Successful Applicant
